Still working out the details of this unit. I only had to use twice so far so good. Like all the other reviews state you don’t get the bundle together. All communication is done through email which is frustrating I’m sure it takes them awhile to correspond to everyone. When my unit was lost in the mail the company offered to send another unit which was super nice. Quality unit . My oxygen saturation has not gone up with the unit like in the hospital as far as I can tell. But diffently gives me peace of mind during an anaphylactic episode.

The product works wonderful. The order will not all come at once so we found out but, the wait was well worth it.... Thank you.....

I’m not use the unit yet. Still waiting for the battery to be shipped to me.

The unit works extremely well when ordering a bundle don't expect it all to show up in 1 delivery and if there is a problem don't expect customer service to get back to you right away I emailed 4 times and called twice it was 2 days before anyone responded and when they finally did respond was told would get an answer in email response 24 hours it was more like 48 hours other than that the unit works wonderfully so far time will tell
