Q1: Can the product be used for medical treatment?

A: All our machines are not for medical use. We sell for home use to help people maintain an active lifestyle, and improve the quality of life.

In a way, our machines are used to assist with oxygen intake, not for treatment.

Q2: Can this product be used at high altitudes?

A: Our oxygen concentrator's working principle is the application of physical adsorption and desorption technology based on molecular sieves. The oxygen generator is filled with molecular sieves, which can absorb nitrogen in the air when pressurized, and the remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected. After purification treatment, it becomes high-purity oxygen.

It can be used as long as there is oxygen in the air.

But please be informed that the oxygen in the air at high altitudes is low, and the use effect will be poor.

Q3: Can the machine use batteries?

A: All our machines are electric charged. You have to plug in the power to use them.

If you need to use the machine outside, we have rechargeable battery packs on sale.

Q4: How should the machine be cleaned?

A: Before connecting the oxygen tubes, it is recommended to wipe the outlet with an alcohol wipe to disinfect it. If there is a water cup inside the machine, it is recommended to disinfect the water cup with alcohol before each water refill.

After disinfection, please wait for the alcohol to evaporate before use.

Clean the exterior of the machine neat and clean just like your other appliances.

Q5: How to reset the machine program?

A: Reset procedure: first press the power on button without releasing, then plug in the power, keep pressing the button for 30-60 seconds, then release the button to complete the reset process.

After the reset process, if the oxygen flow is normal, there's no need to care about the EX light.

Q6: What is the main function of our oxygen concentrator?

A: Our oxygen concentrator is mainly used to increase the oxygen concentration in the alveoli to help to breathe and relieve brain hypoxia and dizziness.

Q7: Which machine is better for me to use while sleeping?

A: If you need to use the machine while sleeping, this machine might be unsuitable.

Q8: Machine Parts Replacement Suggestions.

A: Normally, there are 2 things that need to be changed after a long time of use.

1. The cotton filter behind the machine (white one). We suggest that the filter should be replaced every 3 months.
2. The oxygen tubes. The replacement of the oxygen tube depends on your usage habits. We suggest that one person one tube and sterilize the tubes before each time use.

Q10: Overheating Protection

A: If the machine automatically shut down after a period of normal operation, and the bottom become hot. This is because the machine has activated the overheating protection.

Please make sure to use it on a hard surface leave a little space between the machine and the wall to help the machine dissipate the heat.

Q11: What is the decibel when the machine is in use?

A: All of our machines have been tested, and the decibels will not exceed 45db which is relatively acceptable like average office noise.

Q12: If there is a problem with the parts, can I replace them with new ones?

A: If there's something wrong with other small parts, we're willing to resend you for free within 1 year, and you only need to pay $10-15 for shipping.

Q13: What is the function of the cup?

A: The water in the cup is mainly used to moisten the dry oxygen. It is recommended to change the water once a week(add drinking water/cold water).

*Remember no more than 1/3 of the cup. If not, the water will backflow to the molecular sieve tube, and the molecular sieve will lose its effect.

Q14: Where are these devices made?

A: Most of our items are made in the US, and some of them are made in our Asian factory. All of our products are high quality and functionally tested before being packaged.

Q15: How to Regulate Oxygen Concentration?

A: You can simply press the "flow" button on the control panel to adjust the oxygen concentration/flow yourself.

When you set it at 1L, the oxygen concentration is 90%

When you set it at 2L, the oxygen concentration is 75%

When you set it at 3L, the oxygen concentration is 55%

When you set it at 4L, the oxygen concentration is 45%

When you set it at 5L, the oxygen concentration is 30%
